Please make Zelle^® payment to AAFC using the email address johnc217@aol.com and complete this application to assure your registration no later than Sunday, April 13, 2025.

Fee per 12' x 12' space which includes one onsite parking space at Ramsey Creek Park.  If you pay for an electrical connection, you must bring your own minimum 25' heavy duty extension cord.  Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, and chairs.

I do hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Carolinas Asian American Chamber of Commerce, their officers, agents and employees of any sponsoring organization, underwriters, individually or collectively, from all fines, penalties, liabilities, losses, claims, damages and expenses, including court costs and attorney's fees, incurred or suffered as a result of or relating to my participation in the 2025 Charlotte Asian and Dragon Boat Festival.
