Following its successful debut in 2006, the 2010 Charlotte Dragon Boat Race and Asian Festival is set for Saturday, May 15, 2010 at Ramsey Creek Park, in Cornelius, NC. The Carolinas Asian-American Chamber of Commerce will be joined by the Mecklenburg Park and Recreation Department as co-organizer, a partnership forged in 1999 to introduce Asian culture and traditions to the greater Charlotte community.

We are currently accepting space reservations from merchandise, services and non-profit vendors to be with us on this coming May 15th. Based on last year’s attendance and what we expect to see in the 4th year that the Asian Festival has been paired with the Dragon Boat Races – a unique opportunity exists for you to introduce your merchandise, services or non-profit group to a captive crowd at Ramsey Creek Park. Last year we had an overwhelming response to our vendors.
